IMDEA Networks research wins 2017 ITC Best Student Paper Award

The publication “Performance Modeling of Vehicular Floating Content in Urban Settings” has been awarded the Best Student Paper Award at the reputed International Teletraffic Congress (ITC 29), which took place from 4-8 September 2017, in Genoa, Italy.


The 29th edition of this event featured the latest scientific advances on the topic of ubiquitous, software-based, and sustainable networks and services.

The article is co-authored by Gaetano Manzo, a student from University of Bern and HES-SO Valais (Switzerland), Marco Ajmone Marsan, who holds a double affiliation with IMDEA Networks Institute (Madrid, Spain) and Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and Gianluca Rizzo, a researcher from HES-SO Valais.
