Sergey Gorinsky, a Research Associate Professor at IMDEA Networks, gave the keynote talk "Internet Traffic Management: Security vs. Economics" at NPSec 2013, the 8th IEEE workshop on Secure Network Protocols, celebrated in Göttingen, Germany.
